2. Service Description

Docs Folk Fee is a digital download platform that provides legal documents, templates, and educational resources related to estate planning, wills, trusts, and related legal matters. All products are provided as digital downloads. No physical products or services are offered.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Digital Products and Downloads

All products offered through Docs Folk Fee are digital downloads. Upon purchase and successful payment verification, you will receive access to download your purchased documents. Downloads are provided immediately after payment confirmation.

You acknowledge that digital products are intangible and cannot be "unsold." Once you have access to download your purchased documents, the transaction is complete.

5. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Because digital products are immediately downloadable and non-returnable, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. This applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:

  • Individual document downloads
  • Bundle purchases
  • Accidental purchases
  • Changes of mind
  • Technical issues with downloaded files

You are responsible for ensuring that you are purchasing the correct product before completing your transaction. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

Exception: In the event of a payment processing error where you are charged multiple times for a single purchase, we will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate charges. Please contact support@docsfolkfee.com with proof of duplicate charges.

6. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the digital documents for your personal use only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or sell the documents to others
  • Create derivative works or modifications of the documents
  • Use the documents for commercial purposes
  • Share your account login or purchased documents with other users
  • Circumvent any access controls or security measures
  • Resell the documents or access to the Service

Violation of these usage rights may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including but not limited to documents, templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Docs Folk Fee or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Payment for digital products must be completed through our secure payment processing system powered by Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • The payment information is accurate and current
  • You are responsible for all charges incurred

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to decline any transaction.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
